Jasmine D. Cameron
Founding Director
Jasmine Cameron is an international human rights lawyer and rule of law specialist with experience across government, diplomacy and civil society. She previously served with the American Bar Association's Center for Human Rights and held legal and policy positions with the U.S. Departments of Justice and State in Central Asia and the Caucasus. Her work focuses on democratic governance, legal development and international human rights protections.

Natalie Landau, Esq.
Founding Director
Natalie Landau is an international human rights attorney with experience advancing rule of law, democratic governance and accountability initiatives across Europe and Eurasia. She previously served with the American Bar Association's Center for Human Rights, where she provided legal and technical assistance to human rights defenders facing persecution and restrictions on civic space. Her work has included engagement with international tribunals, multilateral institutions and civil society organizations to strengthen human rights protections and legal frameworks worldwide.

Judith Lichtenberg
Founding Director
Judith Lichtenberg is a global leader in rule of law and human rights with more than 25 years of experience spanning the private, public and nonprofit sectors. She previously served as Executive Director of the Global Network Initiative (GNI), a leading international coalition advancing freedom of expression and privacy rights worldwide. Judith currently serves in leadership and advisory roles with several international organizations, including Lawyers for Lawyers, and has participated in international fact-finding, trial monitoring and election observation missions to promote judicial independence, human rights protections and access to justice.

Fernanda Nicola
Founding Director
Professor Nicola is an internationally recognized scholar of comparative constitutional law, European Union law and transnational legal systems. She serves as Professor of Law and Director of the Program on International Organizations Law and Development at American University Washington College of Law. Her research and scholarship focus on comparative legal institutions, democratic governance and the role of law in advancing accountability across jurisdictions.

Alexandra Salomé Endara
Management & Operations Lead

Alexandra Endara has more than 13 years of experience in program and portfolio management across rights-focused international initiatives. She previously led portfolio operations and implementation at the American Bar Association's Center for Human Rights, supporting human rights defenders and accountability work, with earlier roles at the University of Southern California and the World Bank. At Juridia, she oversees organizational operations, systems development, and strategic coordination.

Altyn Turdukulova
Communications & Design Lead
Founding Member
Altyn Turdukulova leads communications, branding and digital strategy for Juridia. She is responsible for the organization's visual identity, website development and public-facing communications, helping translate complex legal and policy issues into accessible and engaging content. With a background in brand design and digital communications, she supports Juridia's mission by strengthening its outreach, storytelling and global visibility.
